What is happening to Vimeo On Demand
Vimeo On Demand is Vimeo's storefront for selling or renting videos, and Vimeo is closing it permanently, saying it has seen reduced activity over the years. Vimeo itself isn't closing, only the On Demand store. It's closing in stages:

What happens to your videos, buyers and money
- Your videos: Vimeo says they won't be deleted because of the shutdown. They stay in your Vimeo account.
- Your buyers: lose access to purchased content on November 20.
- Your buyer list: Vimeo doesn't provide full buyer lists. You can export only the fans who opted in to share their email.
- Your money: eligible revenue is paid out automatically to your registered payment method.
Export these before November 20
- Sales data from your On Demand analytics dashboard.

If you move to Vimeo OTT, Vimeo says Support can notify your buyers about your OTT site. Send them your On Demand page URL and OTT account link. For any other platform, email your opted-in fans yourself, and offer existing buyers access on the new platform so they don't feel they paid twice.
