Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the service. In every case a free trial or free test is available, so please evaluate the Service before paying. Except as set out below, fees are non-refundable, save where a refund is required by applicable law.
1. Bulk Download
Bulk download orders are non-refundable. Pricing is volume-based: the larger your order, the better the per-video rate, and your rate is set from the initial total order you sign up for. Please make sure to use your full purchased usage. We do not refund unused credits, and the price is not recalculated if you end up using fewer videos than you ordered. Test everything first with your free 100-video trial.
2. API
For API plans, a refund may be requested only if both of the following are true: your usage is below 5% of your plan, and the request is made within the first 7 days of the billing month. Your free trial (100 videos, 50GB bandwidth) lets you confirm the API fits before you pay.
3. Video Migration
Video migration orders are non-refundable. Before you commit, we offer a free transfer of a few files so you can confirm the result meets your needs first.
4. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first, we resolve almost everything quickly. Starting a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of your account and any remaining credits or deliverables.
5. How to request a refund
If you believe you qualify under the terms above, email sales@videodl.app or message us on WhatsApp with your order details. Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method. This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Use.
